  • Yes, outside food is permitted, but our cafe also offers a variety of delicious food and drink options for you to enjoy. Outside drinks are NOT allowed. Feel free to explore our menu and treat yourself!

  • You can cancel your membership at any time and the change will take effect at the next billing cycle.

  • The play area can accommodate a maximum of 20 children at a time. Our whole facility can accommodate a maximum of 50 people at a time. 

  • Any child entering the playground area will be charged the daily admission fee — $14 for the first child and $12 for each sibling. Children who remain in the café area are welcome to enjoy the space without paying the playground fee.

  • No, we do not accept cash payments. We currently only accept credit card and debit card transactions to ensure a smoother and more secure checkout experience for our customers. Thank you for your understanding!

  • To enjoy our play area, grip socks are required for all children, and regular socks are required for adults. If you forget or need a pair, we’ve got you covered—grip socks are available for purchase for kids and adults at front desk. Please ask one of our friendly staff members for assistance!

  • Our staff will not be responsible for supervising children, and a waiver must be signed for each child upon admission. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety of their own children during their visit. We simply provide a fun space for kids to interact and play.

  • No — children cannot supervise other children. All kids in the playground must be accompanied by a supervising adult (18+).

  • Our playground is open to everyone. For those who plan to visit us frequently, we offer membership options to enhance your experience and provide additional benefits.

  • The play area is designed for children aged 0-6 years old. However, we also believe that imaginative play has no age limit so if you think your older child will enjoy the space, please talk to one of our staff members. They will help assess and determine the best course of action.

  • A daily pass grants you all-day access to the play café. However, if we reach capacity, playtime will be limited to 2 hours to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the space.

  • We will reserve your spot for up to 15 minutes. After the 15-minute window, we will cancel your reservation, and the spot will become available for someone else. No refunds will be issued if you’re unable to make it on time. Please note that if you arrive up to 15 minutes late, this time still counts toward your 2 hour play window.

  • To ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone, we will sanitize and reset the toys and play areas every 30 minutes and as needed. Your enjoyment and safety are our top priorities! We also do a thorough deep clean every single night.

  • Absolutely! You’re welcome to pop in and order from our café even if you don’t have children with you. However, our seating areas are reserved for families and caregivers with children using the playground, so you’ll need to take your order to go.

  • To help keep our space safe for all families, we ask that children and adults only visit when feeling well.

    Please do not visit if you or your child has had any of the following within the past 24 hours:

    • Vomiting or diarrhea

    • Persistent cough

    • Runny nose with thick or colored mucus

    • Rash or other contagious illness

    Children must be fever-free for at least 48 hours without medication before returning to play.

    If a child appears visibly ill upon arrival or becomes sick during play, our team may kindly ask the family to return another day.

    We maintain a clean environment by regularly sanitizing toys and play areas and using “yuck buckets” for toys that have been mouthed.
